The tranquil view from Mount Vernon of the Maryland shore of the Potomac is preserved as a pilot project in the use of easements to protect parklands from obtrusive urban expansion. The project began in 1952 to preserve the river view as in was during George Washington's day. Piscataway Park stretches for 6 miles from Piscataway Creek to Marshall Hall on the Potomac River.

Facilities include: Marshall Hall. Open all year during daylight hours. Today Marshall Hall is used by local boaters to launch into the Potomac River. There are two concrete launch pads. Parking is limited.

Located in Bryans Road Maryland. I-495 to Exit 3A (MD 210 South) continue for approximately 15 miles turn right onto MD 227 (Marshall Hall Road)continue to end of the road, parking lot will be on your left. Phone: 301.763.4600.
